- Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree (M.Tech./M.E./M.Sc./MA) in Water Resources Engineering, Water Resources Management, Civil Engineering (with specialization in Water Resources, Hydraulics or Irrigation), Environmental Science, Social Science (Sociology/Social Works/Political Science/Economics/Geography), or Geoinformatics from a recognized University/Institute with a consistently good academic record.
- Work Experience: A minimum of six months of relevant work experience in pertinent fields.
- Age Limit: Candidates should be between 21 to 35 years of age as on the last date of submission of application.
