Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 62 years of age as of 01-01-2026, calculated strictly via the Matriculation/HSLC Admit Card or Pass Certificate.
- Additional Resource Person (ARP): Graduate from a recognized University with a minimum 1-year Diploma in Special Education in any disability category possessing a valid RCI CRR number, along with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in a Government organization or NGO in the disability, SSA, or DPEP sector.
- Assistant Additional Resource Person (AARP): Graduate from a recognized University with a 1-year Diploma in Special Education in any disability category and a valid RCI CRR number.
- Special Educator: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with a Special B.Ed. or a 1-year Diploma in Special Education in any disability category (RCI recognized) with a valid RCI CRR number, plus a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the field of disability, SSA, or DPEP.
Salary / Financial Benefits
- Additional Resource Person (ARP): Fixed salary of Rs. 20,000 per month.
- Assistant Additional Resource Person (AARP): Fixed salary of Rs. 15,000 per month.
- Special Educator: Fixed salary of Rs. 25,000 per month.
