The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has issued Advertisement No. 04 to recruit 16 IT Specialists on a contract basis for 2026-27 under the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) and Department of Supervision (DoS) – CSITE. Eligibility Criteria

• SOC Analyst: Age 24–35 years. BE/B.Tech in CS/CE/IT/ECE/Information Science/Electrical/Cyber Security or MCA or relevant PG with minimum 60% marks. Mandatory certification like CompTIA Security+ or CEH, and 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Information Security Analyst: Age 24–35 years. Required relevant degree with minimum 60% marks. Mandatory certification such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP, and 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in information security or IT risk.
• Network Security Analyst: Age 26–38 years. Relevant degree with minimum 60% marks. Mandatory CCNP Security certification and 3 years post-qualification experience in network security out of 5 years total IT experience.
• Ethical Hacker & Penetration Tester: Age 25–35 years. Relevant degree with minimum 60% marks. Mandatory CEH, OSCP, or ECSA certification, along with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in VAPT and ethical hacking.
• Lead Auditor (DoS-CSITE): Age 32–45 years. BE/B.Tech in CSE, ECE, IT, or Bachelor's with Master's in CS/IT/ECE. Mandatory CISA certification plus additional auditor credentials, with 8 years overall IT experience including 5 years in technology/IS audits.
• Cyber & Network Security Specialist: Age 30–45 years. Relevant engineering or postgraduate degree. Mandatory CISA certification plus one additional networking/security certification, with 6 years experience handling network devices and cyber security.
• IT Infrastructure & Banking Specialist: Age 30–45 years. Relevant technical degree. Mandatory CISA certification plus relevant implementation certificates, with 6 years experience handling CBS, payment channels, and IT infrastructure.
• Cyber Security Analyst: Age 24–32 years. Relevant engineering or postgraduate degree. Mandatory CEH, ISO 27001, Database, or Cloud certification, and minimum 3 years experience in IT or cyber security.

• SOC (Security Operations Centre) Analyst: ₹12–18 lakh per annum consolidated
• Information Security Analyst: ₹12–18 lakh per annum consolidated
• Network Security Analyst: ₹18–25 lakh per annum consolidated
• Ethical Hacker & Penetration Tester: ₹15–24 lakh per annum consolidated
• Lead Auditor: ₹35–40 lakh per annum consolidated
• Cyber & Network Security Specialist: ₹30–35 lakh per annum consolidated
• IT Infrastructure & Banking Specialist: ₹30–35 lakh per annum consolidated

Selection Process

• Shortlisting of candidates for the interview round in a 1:3 ratio based on qualifications, experience, and other criteria.
• Final selection determined exclusively through a personal interview (no written examination).
