Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years of age as on 29 October 2026, with a 5-year age relaxation applicable for SC/ST candidates.
- Social Audit Expert (SAE): Postgraduate degree in a Social Science subject (Economics, Geography, History, Law, Political Science, Psychology, or Sociology), with preference for MSW, MARD/MRMD, or MSO. Requires at least 5 years of experience in Social Audits or rights of the poor, a one-year computer skills certificate, excellent English communication, and working knowledge of Bengali and/or Kokborok.
- District Resource Person (DRP): Bachelor's degree in any stream, with preference for MSW, MARD/MRMD, or MSO. Requires at least 3 years of experience in Social Audits or rights of the poor, a one-year computer skills certificate, good English communication, and working knowledge of Bengali and/or Kokborok.
- Block Resource Person (BRP): Bachelor's degree in any stream, with preference for graduation in Sociology or a PGDRD. Requires at least 2 years of experience in Social Audits or 3 years in Financial Audit under a Chartered Accountant firm, or 120 days as VRPs under Social Audit Unit, Tripura. Also requires a one-year computer certificate, good English communication, and working knowledge of Bengali and/or Kokborok.
Salary / Financial Benefits
- Social Audit Expert (SAE): ₹50,000 during probation and ₹59,400 after completion of probation.
- District Resource Person (DRP): ₹30,000 during probation and ₹37,400 after completion of probation.
- Block Resource Person (BRP): ₹18,000 during probation and ₹23,100 after completion of probation.
