About This Opportunity

Engineers India Limited (EIL), a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking, has invited online applications for experienced Engineers and Officers on a fixed-term basis. This recruitment drive aims to fill 109 vacancies for deployment at foreign construction sites of Dangote Fertiliser Projects in Nigeria and Ethiopia. Selected candidates will receive attractive monthly remuneration ranging from ₹72,000 to ₹1,12,000 along with various foreign posting allowances and benefits.

Eligibility Criteria

• Associate Engineer Grade II / III / IV: BE/B.Tech / B.Sc. (Engg.) in Civil, Mechanical, Welding, NDT, Electrical, or Instrumentation with a minimum of 60% marks, and relevant post-qualification experience of 5, 9, or 13 years respectively in construction-related activities of refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, power, or nuclear plants.
• For Welding/Ndt posts: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks and ASNT or ISNT Level-II certificate in RT/UT/DPT/MPT.
• Associate Officer Gr. II: Graduate in Arts/Commerce/Science with a diploma in Material Management (14 years experience) OR Diploma in Engineering with a diploma in Material Management (13 years experience) OR Degree in any branch of Engineering with a diploma in Material Management (5 years experience).
• Upper age limit as on 30.09.2026 is 37 years for Grade II and Associate Officer, 41 years for Grade III, and 45 years for Grade IV, with relaxations applicable for SC/ST, OBC (NCL), PwD, and Ex-Servicemen.

Salary / Financial Benefits

• Associate Engineer Grade II / Associate Officer Gr. II: ₹80,000 (X Category) / ₹76,000 (Y) / ₹72,000 (Z Category Cities) per month including HRA and PF.
• Associate Engineer Grade III: ₹96,000 / ₹91,200 / ₹86,400 per month.
• Associate Engineer Grade IV: ₹1,12,000 / ₹1,06,400 / ₹1,00,800 per month.
• Additional benefits include medical insurance premium reimbursement up to ₹2,00,000 per annum for self, GPAI coverage, 2 days paid leave per completed month, and living allowances, R&R, and other allowances during foreign postings.

Selection Process

• Online registration of application through the official EIL website.
• Walk-in Interview (Personal Interview) at EIL offices in Gurugram, Mumbai, Chennai, or Kolkata, with exact dates and venues intimated via registered email.
• Screening of applications and original certificates on the day of the interview for eligibility verification.
• Medical fitness evaluation for selected candidates prior to joining.
