About This Opportunity

Tripura Power Generation Limited (TPGL) has issued official recruitment notifications to fill 3 Group-A managerial positions including General Manager and Chief Financial Officer roles. Eligibility Criteria

• General Manager (Technical): B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 55% marks from a UGC/AICTE recognized university, along with a minimum of 20 years of managerial working experience in a power utility.
• General Manager (Human Resource): Master's Degree/MBA in HR or Personnel Management with at least 55% marks, or a 2-year full-time PGDM in HR with First Class, along with a minimum of 20 years of working experience.
• Chief Financial Officer (CFO)-cum-Company Secretary (CS): CA or ICWA qualification with F.C.S. (Fellow Company Secretary), backed by a minimum of 20 years of experience in budgeting, corporate planning, financial management, and accounting.
• Age Limit: Maximum 65 years as on the last date of receipt of application, with relaxations applicable for deserving candidates.

Salary / Financial Benefits

• In-service candidates below 60 years: Pay Level 20 under Tripura State Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2018, featuring a minimum basic pay of ₹1,18,500.
• Allowances for in-service candidates: Dearness Allowance (DA) presently at 44% of basic pay, Compensatory Allowance (CA) of ₹400 per month, House Rent Allowance (HRA) of ₹10,000 per month, and EPF employer contribution of 12% of basic pay plus DA.
• Retired candidates or candidates above 60 years: Consolidated pay of ₹1,00,000 per month.

Selection Process
