About This Opportunity

MOIL Limited, a prestigious Government of India Enterprise, has invited job applications for the engagement of Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines. These positions are offered on a Fixed Term Employment basis with an initial tenure of up to three years, subject to performance and organizational requirements. Eligible candidates meeting the required engineering qualifications, experience, and CTC thresholds can apply following the official offline procedure.

Eligibility Criteria

• Project Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical): B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical or equivalent from a recognized University or Institute with 6 years of post-qualification experience and a minimum current/last CTC of ₹6 Lakhs per annum.
• Senior Project Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical): B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical or equivalent from a recognized University or Institute with 10 years of post-qualification experience and a minimum current/last CTC of ₹8 Lakhs per annum.
• Maximum age limit is 35 years for Project Engineers and 40 years for Senior Project Engineers as on 06.11.2026, with age relaxations applicable for reserved categories as per government guidelines.
• Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply for these positions.

Salary / Financial Benefits

• Project Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical): ₹1,14,420 per month consolidated pay.
• Senior Project Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical): ₹1,33,490 per month consolidated pay.
• Additional financial benefits include Employer's PF Contribution, HRA (if accommodation is not provided), gratuity, and other benefits as per the FTE Policy of MOIL.

• Written or skill assessment (if considered necessary by the organization depending on the number of received applications).

• Successful completion of a pre-employment medical examination and fitness certification.

• Secondary Board Certificate or Birth Certificate for age proof
• Educational qualification certificates and mark sheets of all semesters/years
• Work experience certificates and proof related to CTC in current or last employment (Appointment Letter, Pay Slip, PF Statement, Bank Statement, etc.)
• Caste certificate, Income and Asset Certificate (EWS), or Disability certificate in the prescribed format, if applicable
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer for candidates working in Central/State Government, PSUs, or Institutes
• One valid photo ID proof such as Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, Aadhaar, or PAN card
