Eligibility Criteria
- Project Manager: B.E/B.Tech with 8 years of experience, OR M.Tech/M.Sc with 5 years of experience, OR Ph.D. with 2 years of experience in relevant disciplines, along with experience in project management and R&D.
- Project Engineer: Ph.D., OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience, alongside strong knowledge of AI/ML, Python, and predictive modeling.
- Associate Project Engineer: Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience, with preferred background in material characterization and technical reporting.
- Assistant Project Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with a basic understanding of chemical engineering principles.
- Plant Operator: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of experience in reactor or pilot-plant operations.
- Lab Assistant: 10th or 12th pass, ITI, or Diploma, with preferred laboratory or industrial experience.
- Lab Attendant: 10th or 12th pass, ITI, or Diploma, with desirable knowledge of laboratory safety and material handling.
Salary / Financial Benefits
- Project Manager: ₹55,000 per month plus 20% HRA
- Project Engineer: ₹47,000 per month plus 20% HRA
- Associate Project Engineer: ₹38,000 per month plus 20% HRA
- Assistant Project Engineer: ₹28,500 per month plus 20% HRA
- Plant Operator: ₹26,800 per month plus 20% HRA
