Eligibility Criteria
- State Head: Minimum graduate with over 5 years of experience in operating DDU-GKY projects.
- Finance Head: M.Com or equivalent degree in finance with at least 5 years of experience related to DDU-GKY projects.
- Centre Manager: Minimum graduate with 2 years of experience in DDU-GKY projects.
- Quality Head: Minimum graduate with 3 years of experience in DDU-GKY projects.
- Quality Team Member: Minimum graduate with 3 years of experience in DDU-GKY projects.
- MIS: Minimum graduate with 3 years of experience in computer applications and data handling under DDU-GKY projects.
- Counsellor: Minimum graduate with fluency in English, Assamese, and Hindi, along with computer application proficiency.
- Placement Team Member: Minimum graduate with language proficiency and good industry connections required for DDU-GKY.
- Mobilizer: Minimum HS passed (10+2) with relevant experience in community mobilization.
- Domain Trainer – GDA: GNM with 4 years of experience (TOT certified applicants preferred).
- Domain Trainer – SMO: HSLC passed with 6 years of experience in sewing technology.
- Trainer – IT Skills: Minimum graduate with a 1-year diploma in computer applications.
- Trainer – Soft Skills: Minimum graduate with proficiency in spoken and written English.
Salary / Financial Benefits
- State Head: Rs. 60,000/- onwards per month
- Finance Head: Rs. 45,000/- onwards per month
- Centre Manager: Rs. 35,000/- onwards per month
- Quality Head: Rs. 35,000/- onwards per month
- Quality Team Member: Rs. 25,000/- onwards per month
- MIS: Rs. 25,000/- onwards per month
- Counsellor: Rs. 20,000/- onwards per month
