Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be citizens of India.
- Candidate age should not exceed 28 years as on the closing date of the online application.
- Educational Qualification: SSC / 10th standard with Science subjects (minimum 55% where applicable) along with an ITI or National/State Trade Certificate in the relevant trade such as COPA, DTPO, CH&NM, MLT, Draughtsman, Instrument Mechanic, LACP, or Interior Designer.
- Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates receive a 5-year relaxation, OBC-NCL candidates receive 3 years, and PwBD candidates receive 10 years.
Salary / Financial Benefits
- Selected candidates will be appointed under Group-C in the Pay Matrix Level-2.
- The salary scale ranges from Rs. 19,900 to Rs. 63,200/- per month.

Selection Process
- Applications will be screened to shortlist candidates to be called for a Computer Proficiency Test (CPT), tentatively in the ratio of 1:5 per category.
- Shortlisting and final selection will factor in scores such as total marks obtained in UPSC's CSE-2024, subject to qualifying and securing minimum threshold marks in the Computer Proficiency Test conducted by CSIR.
