Eligibility Criteria

• Sakhi Niwas Manager requires a Graduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology along with 03 years of supervisory experience in running such hostels. The manager must reside at the hostel.
• Warden requires any Graduate degree with proficiency in computer operations, with preference given to candidates having experience in handling women-related laws, policies, or programmes.
• Caretaker requires Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification from a recognized board, along with 02 years of experience as a building caretaker and in supervising MTS or equivalent staff.
• Security Guard requires at least 2 years of experience working as security personnel in a government or reputed organization at the District or State level, preferably being retired military or paramilitary personnel.
• Candidates must be between 21 and 38 years of age as of 01/01/2026.

Salary / Financial Benefits

• Sakhi Niwas Manager: Rs. 17,500/- per month (fixed)
• Warden: Rs. 17,000/- per month (fixed)
• Caretaker: Rs. 8,500/- per month (fixed)
• Security Guard: Rs. 8,000/- per month (fixed)
