- Wealth Executive: Graduation in any discipline along with a valid certification such as IC 38, NISM Series V A, NISM Series XXI-A, or NISM Series V-D, plus a minimum of 2 years of wealth product sales experience.
- Credit Analyst-C & IC: Graduation in any discipline and a Chartered Accountant qualification, along with a minimum of 1 year of banking experience in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.
- Age Limit for Wealth Executive: Minimum 22 years to maximum 32 years as on 01.09.2026.
- Age Limit for Credit Analyst: Minimum 21 years to maximum 33 years as on 01.09.2026.
- Age Relaxations: 3 years for OBC/MOBC, 5 years for SC/ST, and 10 years for PwBD candidates.

- Wealth Executive (JMG/S-I): Basic pay scale starts from ₹48,480.
- Credit Analyst-C & IC (MMG/S-II): Basic pay scale starts from ₹64,820.
