Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Minimum 17 years as of 31st December 2026. There is no upper age limit.
Citizenship: Must be an Indian Citizen and a Permanent Resident of Assam (valid PRC required). Non-PRC holders can apply under the Central Government Employee (CGE) quota.
Educational Qualification: Must pass 10+2 standard in a single sitting with a minimum of 45% (40% for reserved categories). Alternatively, candidates with a 3-year Diploma in Engineering & Technology with 45% (40% for reserved category) marks are also eligible.
Entrance Score: Must have a valid rank in the Combined Entrance Examination (CEE-2026).
Required Documents for Online Registration
Scanned copy of age proof and a valid Government ID Proof (Aadhaar, Pan, Voter ID, etc.).
Class 10 and 12 marksheet & certificate.
Diploma/Degree Certificate (if applicable).
Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) or an undertaking.
Caste/Category certificates (if applicable). Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) and EWS/Income certificates must be valid till 31st March 2026.
Special quota certificates: NCC/Sports, PwD (UDID), or CGE (if applicable).

Visit the official CEE Counselling portal and click on the "Assam CEE Online Counselling Form".
Login using your CEE-2026 Application Number and Date of Birth.
Update necessary details and upload the required scanned documents.
Fill up your college and branch preferences.
Review the form, submit it, and take a printout for future reference.
Pay the Rs. 800/- Counselling Fee via the system-generated link.
