Overview

The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Assam Oil Division at Digboi, invites eligible female candidates for admissions into B.Sc Nursing and GNM courses for the 2026-27 session. Operating as CSR-funded projects, these courses are conducted at the Assam Oil College of Nursing and Assam Oil School of Nursing respectively, with zero admission or tuition fees. Selected candidates will benefit from free hostel accommodation, medical care, monthly stipends, and compulsory internships.

Eligibility Criteria

• Only female candidates are eligible to apply for both B.Sc Nursing and GNM courses.
• B.Sc Nursing applicants must have passed 10+2 with Science, securing at least 45% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (40% for SC, ST, and OBC candidates), along with pass marks in compulsory English.
• GNM applicants must have passed 10+2 with English and at least 40% marks, or possess a 10+2 in a vocational ANM course or Health Care Science stream, or be a Registered ANM.
• The minimum age limit is 17 years and the maximum age limit is 35 years as on 31 December 2026, with admissible age relaxations for reserved categories.
• Candidates holding higher professional qualifications such as B.E, B.Tech, MBA, CA, CS, CMA, LLB, MCA, or Ph.D are not eligible.

Salary / Financial Benefits

• First year monthly stipend: ₹2,800 for B.Sc Nursing and ₹2,500 for GNM.
• Second year monthly stipend: ₹3,000 for B.Sc Nursing and ₹2,700 for GNM.
• Third year monthly stipend: ₹3,200 for B.Sc Nursing and ₹2,900 for GNM.
• Fourth year monthly stipend: ₹3,400 for B.Sc Nursing.
• Post-course compulsory internship pay: ₹16,250 per month for B.Sc Nursing and ₹15,250 per month for GNM at AOD Hospital.

• Stage 1: Entrance examination score evaluation (CEE-2026 for B.Sc Nursing and GNMEE-2026 for GNM) combined with income certificate weightage marks.
• Stage 2: Shortlisting of candidates for document verification and subsequent medical examination.

• Class 10 (Matriculation) certificate as proof of date of birth.
• Class X and XII marksheets and certificates.
• CEE-2026 scorecard for B.Sc Nursing or GNMEE-2026 scorecard for GNM.
• Income Certificate for FY 2025-26, issued on or after 1 April 2026 by a Revenue Authority.
• SC / ST / OBC (NCL) certificate or EWS Income & Asset Certificate, if applicable.
• Disability Certificate for PwBD candidates, if applicable.
• CGPA to percentage conversion certificate, if applicable.
• Voter Identity card of self or parent for Digboi Legislative Constituency reservation.
