Eligibility Criteria

• For Head of the Department: Postgraduate degree in Sciences, Mathematics, Social Sciences, or Languages, along with an M.Ed. and a Ph.D. in Education. Requires 10 years of teaching experience for Professor and 8 years for Associate Professor.
• For Assistant Professor (Liberal Discipline & Pedagogy): Post-Graduate degree in relevant Sciences, Mathematics, Social Sciences, or Languages with at least 55% marks, plus a B.Ed. degree with minimum 55% marks, along with NET, SLET, or Ph.D.
• For Assistant Professor (Educational Studies): Postgraduate degree in Education (M.Ed.) with a minimum of 55% marks, along with NET, SLET, or Ph.D. in Education or another UGC prescribed qualification.
• For Assistant Professor (Health & Physical Education): M.P.Ed. degree with a minimum of 55% marks.
• For Assistant Professor (Art Education): Postgraduate Degree in Performing Arts or Visual Arts with a minimum of 55% marks.
