• **Age Limit:** Maximum 55 years for the Controller of Examinations post and a maximum of 50 years for all other positions, as on 1st September 2026.
• **Controller of Examinations:** Candidates must hold a Master’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade. Additionally, 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor (Academic Level-11 and above) or 8 years at Academic Level-12 and above (including Associate Professor) with educational administration experience, OR comparable experience in research/higher education institutions, OR 15 years of administrative experience (with 8 years as Deputy Controller of Examinations or equivalent) is required.
• **Deputy Controller of Examinations:** A Master’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade is mandatory. Applicants need 9 years of experience as an Assistant Professor (Academic Level-10 and above) with educational administration experience, OR comparable experience in research/higher education institutions, OR 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or an equivalent post.
• **Deputy Registrar:** Requires a Master’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade. Candidates should have 9 years of experience as an Assistant Professor (Academic Level-10 and above) with educational administration experience, OR comparable experience in research/higher education institutions, OR 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or an equivalent post.
• **Finance Officer:** Applicants must possess a Master’s Degree from a recognized University with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade. This must be combined with 8 years of experience at a management level in Finance and Accounts within a Government Organization, Public Sector Undertaking, or Research Organization. Alternatively, a professional qualification from ICWAI or ICAI or an MBA in Finance with 5 years of management level experience in Finance and Accounts in a Government Organization, Public Sector Undertaking, or Research Organization is acceptable.
