Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 40 years of age as on 01st January 2026, with relaxations applicable for reserved categories.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any subject with at least one paper in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Social Science, Sociology, or Psychology at the graduate level, OR a Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks in Mathematics at the 12th standard.
- Language & Computer Knowledge: Must have studied English and a local language (Assamese, Bengali, Bodo) in HSLC, and hold a minimum 6-month Computer Course Certificate from a recognized institute along with comfort in data keying via handheld devices.
- Citizenship & Registration: Must be an Indian citizen with a valid Employment Exchange registration certificate in Assam.

- Pay Band-2 ranging from Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 70,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5,600/-.
