Eligibility Criteria

• Superintending Research Scientist: Ph.D. in Chemistry, Geology, Chemical Engineering, or Petroleum Engineering with a relevant Master's degree (minimum 60% marks) and at least 4 years of post-qualification relevant work experience.
• Senior Officer (Mechanical): Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering of minimum 4 years duration with at least 65% marks.
• Senior Officer (Petroleum): Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or Technology of minimum 2 years duration with at least 60% marks, along with an engineering background at the graduation level.
• Senior Accounts Officer / Senior Internal Auditor: Must be an Associate Member of ICAI or ICMAI.
• Hindi Officer (Official Language): Post Graduate Degree in Hindi and a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification relevant work experience.
• Confidential Secretary: Graduate with a 1 or 2-year diploma in Secretarial Practice, Modern Office Management, Executive Assistant Diploma, or equivalent, possessing computer application knowledge and at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.

Salary / Financial Benefits

• Superintending Research Scientist: Rs. 80000 - 220000
• Senior Officer (Mechanical, Petroleum, Accounts/Internal Audit): Rs. 60000 - 180000
• Hindi Officer and Confidential Secretary: Rs. 50000 - 160000

• Computer Based Test (CBT): A 90-minute examination carrying 100 marks.
• Shortlisting and Interviews: For Grade B and C posts, candidates are shortlisted for interviews based on CBT performance with an 85:15 weightage split for the final score. For Grade A posts, candidates qualify for a skill test in a 1:2 ratio, where the skill test serves a qualifying purpose only.
