- Associate (Commercial System): Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or PGDM, plus 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience with specific public procurement expertise.
- Sr. Associate (Commercial System): BE/B.Tech with MBA/PGDM and above 10 years of overall post-qualification experience including public procurement domain expertise.
- Associate (Mechanical): Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) with minimum 5-10 years post-qualification experience in manufacturing industries (BOE certification is desirable).
- Upper Age Limit: 42 years, with age relaxations of 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for Unreserved PwD, 13 years for OBC/NCL PwD, and 15 years for SC/ST PwD candidates.
