Eligibility Criteria

• Computer Science & IT (CS): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology (4 years) or Master’s Degree in Science or MCA in relevant computer science disciplines with a valid GATE 2024/2025/2026 score in paper code CS.
• Data Science & AI (DA): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or Master’s Degree in Science in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related disciplines with a valid GATE 2024/2025/2026 score in paper code DA.
• Electronics & Communication Engineering (EC): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology or Master’s Degree in Science in Electronics, Telecommunication, VLSI Design, Robotics, or related disciplines with a valid GATE 2024/2025/2026 score in paper code EC.
• Age Limit as on 17/08/2026: 30 years for UR/EWS, 35 years for SC/ST, 33 years for OBC, with further relaxations for PwBD, Service Candidates, and Ex-Servicemen as per government rules.
• No prior work experience is required to apply for these posts.

Salary / Financial Benefits

• Position falls under Group 'A' central service.
• Pay Scale: Level-10 ranging from Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500 as per the 7th Central Pay Commission.

• Shortlisting of candidates based on valid GATE scores in a 1:5 ratio discipline-wise and category-wise.
• Document verification preceding the interview stage.
• Personal Interaction/Interview worth a maximum of 50 marks evaluating technical knowledge, presentation skills, communication, and academics.
• Minimum qualifying marks in the interview are 50% for UR and 40% for reserved categories.
• Final merit list prepared using a weighted aggregate of 60% weightage given to the GATE score and 40% weightage given to the interview marks.
