Eligibility Criteria

• Chief Manager: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, MCA, or M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience.
• Senior Manager: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, MCA, or M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Manager: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, MCA, M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT, or Graduate/Post Graduate in relevant disciplines with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Officer: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, MCA, M.Sc. in Computer Science/IT, or Graduate/Post Graduate in relevant disciplines with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience.
• Age Limits as on 1st August 2026: Officer (21 to 30 years), Manager (28 to 35 years), Senior Manager (28 to 37 years), and Chief Manager (28 to 40 years) in most cases.
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates receive a 5-year relaxation, OBC-NCL candidates receive 3 years, and PwBD candidates receive 10 years.

Selection Process

• Online Examination consisting of tests for English Language and Professional Knowledge relevant to the post, held for a composite time of 100 minutes.
• Personal Interview carrying a maximum of 100 marks, with minimum qualifying marks set at 50% for General/EWS and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates.
• Category-wise merit list preparation based primarily on marks secured in the Professional Knowledge section of the online exam.
• Shortlisting ratio for interviews is normally maintained at 3 candidates per vacancy.
