Tezpur University is inviting applications from eligible candidates for contractual faculty positions in the Department of Electrical Engineering.

Tenure: 11 months or until regular vacancies are filled (whichever is earlier), with potential extension based on requirement and performance.
Fixed Emolument: ₹80,000/- per month (Fixed; no other allowances admissible).

Eligibility Criteria
1. Subject Area / Specialization
Electrical Engineering / Electronics & Electrical Engineering.
2. Educational Qualifications
Essential: B.E. / B.Tech. / B.S. and M.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. or Integrated M.Tech. in the relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in any one of the degrees.
Desirable: Ph.D. in the relevant branch/specialization is preferred.
Selection Process & Shortlisting
Shortlisting Criteria: Shortlisting for the personal interview will be conducted based on academic records and experience as per UGC Regulations, 2018 (Appendix II, Table 3A).
Final Selection: Final selection will be based strictly on performance in the Personal Interview before the Selection Committee (conducted physically).
