Eligibility Criteria

• Procurement Consultant: Post Graduate degree from a recognized university or institution with 10 years of overall professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in public procurement.
• Junior Procurement Consultant: B.E/B.Tech from a recognized university or institute with at least 7 years of work experience in public procurement, GeM, Assam Tenders portal, or offline tender processes.
• Procurement Support Associate: Minimum graduation from a recognized university or institute with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Process Management, IT Management, or Team Management, along with good English proficiency.
• Procurement Support Staff: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institute with 4 years of relevant experience in helpdesk support, MIS data entry, IT support, or government experience.
• Senior Software Developer: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or MCA from a recognized university with minimum 8 years of software development experience, including expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and microservices.
• Legal Expert: Bachelor’s degree in Law with minimum 15 years of experience in indirect tax administration (GST, VAT, CST), or 10 years of experience for candidates holding a Master's degree in Law.
• Additional IT Project Manager: B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc or equivalent combined with a PGDBM/MBA, possessing at least 7 years of experience in IT/eGovernance projects with government or reputed private organizations.
• Database Administrator, Network & Security Administrator, and Server Administrator: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (IT) or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the respective domain.
• Additional Project Manager – Direct Benefit Transfer: Post Graduate degree/diploma in Business Administration, Public Policy, or B.Tech/B.E, with at least 7 years of experience in DBT implementation or welfare schemes.
• IT Expert (Social Registry & Data Governance), IT Expert (Technical Architecture & Infrastructure), and IT Expert-Application, Workflow & UX: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or MCA with minimum 7 years of experience in data architecture, enterprise IT architecture, or enterprise application development.
• Grievance Redressal & Quality Assurance (GRQA) Expert: Graduation in any discipline (post-graduation preferred) with at least 7 years of experience in grievance redressal, citizen service delivery, or customer experience.
• Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) Expert: Graduate in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Banking, Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering with minimum 10 years of post-qualification professional experience in the financial sector.

Salary / Financial Benefits

• Procurement Support Staff: ₹35,000–₹51,000/- per month
• Procurement Support Associate: ₹55,000–₹90,000/- per month
• Junior Procurement Consultant, Senior Software Developer, Additional IT Project Manager, Database Administrator, Network & Security Administrator, Server Administrator, Additional Project Manager (DBT), and IT Experts: ₹95,000–₹1,60,000/- per month
• Procurement Consultant, Legal Expert, and BFSI Expert: ₹1,50,000–₹2,15,000/- per month
