Eligibility Criteria
- Senior Finance Controller: Retired AFS Officer previously holding a rank not below Financial Advisor, Senior Financial Advisor, or Director Finance; OR a C.A./I.C.W.A. with a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification work experience in financial matters. Must be a resident of Assam with relevant professional experience in the state.
- Executive (Procurement-BME): Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Instrumentation/Bio-Medical Engineering/Medical Electronics with 3 years of experience, OR a Diploma in the same fields with 5 years of experience in medical equipment procurement.
- Executive (Procurement-Drugs): Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Pharmacy with 3 years of experience, OR a Diploma in Pharmacy with 5 years of experience in drug procurement.
- Executive (Quality Control): Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Pharmacy or Science with 3 years of experience, OR a Diploma in Pharmacy with 5 years of experience in Quality Control within a pharmaceutical company or drug testing lab.
- Age Limits: Up to 65 years for Senior Finance Controller (calculated as of January 1, 2025) and up to 45 years for Executive posts (calculated as of January 1, 2026).
- Age Relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC/MOBC, and 10 years for PwD candidates.
